Custom Aluminum Extrusion Sales

By procuring aluminum extrusions directly without going through a trading company, we achieve original designs, short delivery times, and cost reductions.

Aluminum extruded profiles (A6063S-T5, A6N01S-T5 profiles) Aluminum extruded profiles are materials created by using a pre-prepared mold to extrude molten aluminum alloy, similar to making "tokoroten" (a Japanese noodle-like dish), and then cooling it. (A typical example is aluminum sash frames) Original profiles We design aluminum extruded materials that are not available in standard materials through smooth discussions, and we will manufacture original cross-sectional profiles unique to your company. (Standard material shapes mainly include round and square pipes, round, square, flat bars, angle materials, and channel materials) *Please provide the shape via fax or data submission (DXF, PDF). We will determine the feasibility of production. Depending on the case, we will inform you if it is not possible or if there are requests for changes.

Presenting comparative materials! About the differences between aluminum and other metals.

I will explain the differences between aluminum and other metals clearly using a comparison table!

This document clearly explains the differences between aluminum and other metals, as well as key points to consider when manufacturing aluminum extrusions domestically. It compares the general characteristics of commonly used materials in construction. It discusses aspects such as "aluminum for weight reduction" and "stainless steel for strength," detailing the cost, strength, and presence of each material. [Contents] ■ Stainless Steel vs. Aluminum Extrusions ■ Example: Cabinet Cart ■ Steel vs. Aluminum Extrusions ■ Customer Feedback ■ Resin vs. Aluminum Extrusions ■ Domestic Production of Overseas Aluminum Components *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
